Cozy home nestled in the Sellkirk mountains, 15 minutes away from the ski hill, 10 mins from golf course, 5 mins from the hospital, 2 mins from shopping and downtown, the Columbia river, parks and recreation, and an endless supply of trails and hikes! The full floor home has a very comfortable living room, kitchenette including mini-fridge and microwave, a full bathroom, and a relaxing bedroom! I hope you enjoy all the plants! Our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for skiers, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the mountains while still being close to everything! When you step inside, you'll feel right at home in our warm and inviting living space. The living room features a cozy and spacious atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or out and about! The electric heat will keep you warm and toasty while not making a sound, on those chilly mountain nights. The kitchenette has all the necessary things you need including a mini fridge, microwave and coffee station, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, etc. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower with a 9inch head and is stocked with fresh towels and basics for your convenience. Enjoy the great outdoors right from your front door! Our property has street access with a phenomenal mountain and river view just steps outside the door! Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a one way street, just a short drive from the ski hill, golf course, and all the amenities you need. We are close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops, all within walking distance if you choose, making it easy to stock up on essentials. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby for the summertime, and during the winter, the ski hill is just a short drive away. We take great pride in our home and have put a lot of thought and care into making it a comfortable and welcoming space for our guests. It was a beautiful home, I enjoyed my stay there n definitely would visit here again.
Cute little place, close to town and the river walk which was cool. Go right instead of left to use the longest stairway ever Down to the town(haha but seriously). Close enough to hit all the cool towns and be back by dark! Comfortable little place if you don’t want a hotel room, no complaints.

Great place and would 100% recommend! Felt very cozy and at home. Separate entrance was great and right off the street so very private and I liked that I still had clear visibility of my car. The place was very clean and stocked with the essentials and more! Bed and bedroom was very cozy and comfortable. The host Jamie was very responsive and friendly with messaging, and helpful for local questions. Will stay again if I’m in the area.

Located in “Columbia heights” in Trail BC on the edge of town, overlooking the river, bridges, and the city! Close to everything you need, but far enough away to find peace and quiet for your stay!
Walking distance to downtown and bus stops down the block on either side. Street parking is tight on the right side but there’s always a spot for you right in front of the house. Red Mountain ski resort is only 15 minutes away up the hill and the golf course is even closer! Across the river from the hospital and Rec-Center, and above the city lights!
