I had to book this last minute so Kbm’s price was about twice the amount they would ask if you plan ahead. (You can tell I have a pet peeve against price gougers). On the other hand, the unit, though a bit on the old side, was clean, attractive, and uncluttered. It was on a quiet location and overlooked the bay. We particularly enjoyed snorkeling with the turtles in the bay just outside our door. You will have to drive from here to any food, shops, or grocery store, as there are no such amenities within walking distance.

Unit is fully renovated with great lighting, stocked kitchen, shampoo, lotion, extra towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and more! Salt, pepper, hot sauce, and new canola spray I left behind should be available for a few more rentals, cooking was a breeze and eating out by the balcony was a delight. The pictures do no justice for the amazing view, you will see the sunset perfectly from the unit or steps down by the picnic area. AC works great and the unit has several blinds to cover the sun if it gets too hot during the day. Location: this is about a 20 min drive from Lahaina Harbor/Front st (prime area for shops, restaurants, and excursions). If you stay here I strongly recommend renting a car with Turo. Unit is 3 min drive or 10 min walk to a complex that has a convenience/grocery store and some other food options. Joeys Kitchen is pretty good there! KBM could improve with communication a bit, waited long to hear back at times and when we requested late checkout because our flight was delayed 7 hours it was a hard no, an extra hour would have been nice to sort things out. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location with a beautiful view. Nicely updated unit, one of the nicest in the complex. We really enjoyed our stay.
