Well equipped great place to stay in Solana Beach
Beautiful condo! Everything was new, modern, and clean! Well stocked with everything we could need. Beds were very comfortable as well.
Very nice place to stay at. Loved the location.
Loved the location-it was close to some of the most beautiful beaches as well as areas for hiking. A short 30 min drive into San Diego/Balboa Park for museums and not too far from the Safari Zoo either. One of the cleanest homes we’ve ever stayed in-could walk around without ending up with black socks. The in unit laundry was being repaired while we stayed, but there was additional access to machines (just had to pay). Parking was easy, had a reserved spot but could have easily found street parking. We ate out some nights and cooked in a few, fully functional/comfortable kitchen. Overall we had a lovely time and would stay again if we end up in the area again.

I'm a commercial insurance broker, realtor/ investor. I have over 20 years experience in managing properties. Both my husband and I enjoy home remodeling projects. My husband is a contractor by trade with over 40 years experience. We completed our first home project remodel in 1988 and haven't stopped since. As a young girl, I grew up in Solana Beach and have many fond memories of this very special place. I love the ocean and sunsets especially Beautiful Solana Beach. It has been always my dream to one day own a home in Solana Beach! Fast forward to 2021, my dream came true! We are looking forward to providing our guest with a place to relax, feel comfortable and enjoy their vacation! Hope you enjoy our Townhome as much as we do!
