First of all the house was very nice and clean but I was disappointed there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom only one roll of toilet paper was provided. also, there was no shampoo or hand soap provided in the bathrooms. We only had two towels in each bathroom. we were charged $400 cleaing fee by the airbnb. while leaving, I saw the instructions you have organized everything before leaving for the next guests. I also read instructions on the fridge saying that you have to wipe off the refrigerator and clean it , clean the rest of the kitchen. It did not feel like we were on vacation. if we had to clean before leaving the house, why are you paying the $400 cleaning fee. Management was very slow to respond to any inquiries! it took them 8 to 10 hours to respond. Very disappointing.

My friend’s and I had a great time at this Taylor-Made house. Very spacious, well equipped, lots of TVs and games that kept everyone entertained. Close distance to everything in Deep Creek. Highly recommend!
