Great house for our girls weekend. House was clean and spacious, with a beautiful backyard and pool. David is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

This was an emergency booking for us after the AirBNB we first booked was not acceptable. The price was very much discounted and definitely worth that price. Not sure I would have been happy paying the full asking price before the last minute discount. It was already later in the afternoon by the time things were squared away enough with AirBNB that we could go ahead and book. David got the cleaner in right away and was communicative about the hitches in completing the booking (AirBNB was having system problems and their instructions weren't always the clearest or timeliest.) When internet went out, David responded with instructions how to reboot. The property itself was freshly painted nicely furnished. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. There were adequate towels and kitchen supplies. The backyard was very nice to sit in (and will be nicer as the landscaping matures) and the chairs by the chaise lounges by the pool were comfortable to sit in.
