This was our second time staying with Wendy and Steve. Our first visit was with family, and this was our first solo stay! Wendy and Steve are both excellent hosts. They are both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful people. We both cannot say enough great things about the both of them, and their pup Rojo is an absolute gem! Our stays with them were excellent. You're just a short drive from anything you may need in town. There's some great local food spots if you know where to look, you've got any major store you could imagine, and you still get that awesome quiet secluded desert feel that we love! The site is super clean and easy to maneuver any sized rig into. Very easy to find, and Steve was so nice to meet us out there to help us get settled quickly. The full hookups offered are a huge plus as well! We would highly reccomend Wendy and Steve's place to anyone looking for a nice quiet spot to park their RV, and we are looking forward to our next visit!!

Great lawn for pets and quiet spot just south of all the PHX happenings. RV systems - power, water, septic - were well maintained.

This place was very much like an oasis in the desert! The price was great, especially compared to any other options in the area. We took advantage of the fire pit to have some family over for a visit and the kids all loved the barn and old tractors on display. This will be our stop in the West Valley from now on.

Nice place, very characteristic. The electricity wasn’t working so Wendy decided to refund us half of the amount paid. We appreciated it.

Great spot! Clean, lots of room. Wendy and her family were very friendly and helpful. *Note* the goats were a little noisy in the morning and did wake us up, but it wasn’t a big deal we fell back asleep not too long after. 😴
