This Villa in agia thekla was lovely we had a great time. We stay in agia thekla once a year to visit family so know the location isn’t primarily in the rustle and bustle or of walking distance to anything but it was very peacefull except a driving range can be quite loud which we’ve never noticed before. Some of the furniture is looking dated and could do with a repaint but from what a taxi driver told us that the Villa had lots of families throughout the summer so must have been very well used.

I had an nice time together with my family in this beautiful villa. Place is described exactly as the advert. Easy to do check in and check out. Beautiful pool with very clean water,nice bbq area also pergola place is nice and relaxing over day and night as well. Loads of sun beds! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need! Rooms are very clean inside,also bathrooms as well.. Villa is located close to the motorway and is really easy to get where you want. The most far away beach is aprox 23 min away also the closer one is around 7 minutes. Close market (4-5 minutes) Area is very quiet and really relaxing Costas is very responsive and very kind as well with clear instructions! Definitely gonna visit again Cyprus 🙏🏻

villa was as described you need to buy your own toilet roll and bin bags but other than that everythingyou need is there .more towels delivered half way through stay . took a while to work out the oven but got there in the end . plug are English which I didn't realise so no need for adapter if from the UK. villa does not show up on Maps so was tricky to find and not really walking distance need car or taxi so get to nissi if you have children. But we had one so was no problem. The trampoline was unsafe and we did not use as kids wanted to use to jump in pool which I would nt allow so would recommend removing it . And stairs to the pool need repairing. But other than the few points I mentioned great villa lots of space and great pool .Cats come and visit also which is nice .Perfect for large family holiday.
