We had a family reunion and it was so perfect for our wide range of ages from 8 months to 60s. The place had something for everyone and it fit our many families so well! We would absolutely go back! Lots of games and activities to do at the house without ever having to leave!

Dorothy and Alii were great host!! we loved all the activities!! and first time we didn't hear our kids were bored lol this place is awesome! one stop shop! no need to go anywhere else bring food and drinks and that is all you need! we will definitely be back! thank you guys!! see you again soon!

We visited Kona from Maui with a group of 25, for a 3 night stay. This place was amazing and beautiful. Lots of space our group had tons of fun, especially for our kids. The children had a lot of activities to keep themselves busy, as well as the adults. The owners are very friendly and supportive. I recommend this place for a multi family vacation. Lots of parking, we were able to fit a school bus in the driveway. The neighbors wasn’t so thrilled to have us there, I don’t think they are used to having Hawaiian families around. But other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

EXCELLENT place to stay for an extended family (6+5+1+2) with 3 generations. The kids never lacked for things to do; between the pool, loft games room, loft playhouse, basketball/pickle ball court, board games and TV. It was just plain awesome for our families. great to be close to Volcano National park, Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park, Punalu'u Black sand beach, Ho'okena Beach (go by 9am our parking is full) and the Kula Kai caverns. Loved the picnic table dining. Only suggestion: grandparents would have liked a comfy chair/couch for morning coffee (they found the chairs a bit difficult to get out of). The buggy trip to the ocean (& small swimming pool) was fun too!

We love their house! My family and kids play and enjoy everything on the house! We will back as soon we can!
