We will help you organize a car rental or a taxi if you need it. EATING The best Goa has to offer is at your doorstep. BEDROOMS The ground floor has a guest bedroom with attached bathroom and direct access to the garden. A flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom and another guest bedroom, both with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large private balcony and is extremely spacious. LIVING AREA The villa opens into a spacious living-dining area with Wifi & Tata sky for those who need to remain connected. Access to the garden and private pool is through the living area. HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with GENSET in case of power outage (frequent in Goa). VILLA & POOL SIZE Super built-up area: 3120 sq. ft. Carpet size: 1933.22 sq. ft.. Pool size: 19 ft. X 8 ft.. NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, in order to avail the monthly discount, the water, electricity, laundry of linen & towels and GENSET bills are charged as per the actual bills, additionally to the room rate.
