Only stay if you need to sleep for a trip or work, purely for price. Place is cheap compared to others in area, but at a cost. Room looks alright from afar, can notice shabby landlord repairs if looked closer. Bathroom door doesn't shut, windows in bathroom not on properly and wallpaper repairs done poorly. Saw a bug running around on the kitchen counter, dead bugs in overhead light fixture, and overall house is scary and creepy especially coming home at night. That being said house is priced cheaply for a place in New York, so if that doesn't bother you then this place is for you.

Location was just what we were looking for across from the beach. This place was not 5 star, maybe 4... we would stay there again..but the location was 5 star.

you can't quite tell in the photos, but everything in there is slightly off kilter. it's a fine place to stay, and I got it at a decent price so I'm not complaining, but it's not luxury by any means. there are clear problems with the house that have been given the cheapest possible fix. the countertop in the kitchen is made of aluminum duct tape and it's back (which you conveniently can't see in the photos) is just unfinished osb. moulding and doorways are all out of alignment. these are just a few examples. neighborhood is also very sketchy.
