Loved our 3 month stay while we transitioned to the Charlotte area. Carniece is super responsive and an excellent host. Any questions or concerns she addressed right away. Could not be more thankful for finding this gem of an Air Bnb. Space for us to work from home, fast and reliable internet, clean space, walkable to a grocery store, restaurants, and shops....overall great stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was nice and spacious. Carniece was very friendly, and a great host!
The place was in a great location. The living area was great! Would stay there again. Carniece was quick to answer my questions, she was a great host.
I must say, that not only Carnice is a great host, but also her apartment has been the best place we could choose. At first we were afraid of the townhouses wall thickness, but the house is built very well ( barely hear anything from the 2nd floor) Location is great. Close to Publix,Harris Teeter, boa, or whatever you may need. Very close to the highway makes it a great communication center to any direction. Quiet and hospital neighborhood was also great. The only downside was the backyard directly by the street. We have a toddler that just couldn’t go outside without close supervision :/ I highly recommend this place as well as the Host! Do not hesitate.
We had a great month long stay Carniece's townhouse. All the amenities you need and very spacious. The local area has multiple grocery stores, shops, and restaurants making it a very convenient area.
