Everthing was great. Allen was very responsive. I did ask for a call, and Megan called me. She answered my questions about the code to get in, i did feel that she was frustrated with me by her response. It seemed as if she was in the middle of something which made her response to me sound short. Other than that Allen was great!

Great house, Allen was responsive from beginning and anytime we needed anything he responded right away. The house was very clean with each bathroom having a brand new box of shampoos, conditioners, and body wash. Even though we did not make anything at the house the kitchen was brand new with kitchen appliances clean. The area is a short Uber drive away from broadway, lots of good food places near by, nowhere felt far plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably with each room having an on-suite bathroom. We asked for later checkout and Allen was able to provide us late check out for a small fee, and part of our group had a later flight and we were able to leave our stuff in the garage to be picked up later on. Very responsive, and helpful for any questions we had. If ever coming back to Nashville will definitely book the house again.

Our party rented 2 townhouses from Allen’s group and housed 14 of us greatly with plenty of room for more people. Every room had its own bathroom which was wonderful. Private parking was a huge plus. The units weren’t connected but easily accessible via a common patio area. We would definitely recommend these townhouses and would consider them again on our next visit!

Wow! What a beautiful place for our group who traveled from multiple states to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend. Space had everything we needed and more! The only complaint that I have is that one of the upstairs bathtubs would not drain so our guest had to shower in the other guests shower, but we made it work! It was an absolute pleasure staying here and the hosts were amazing to work with from the start of our trip to the very end - we will certainly be back and stay here again! Thank you Allen for being such a fabulous host!
