Want to try rock climbing or rafting? Colorado’s fantastic Front Range is at your fingertips. Come on in! The main living space is nicely laid and out furnished with a leather couch that pulls out into a double bed. with an easy flow from kitchen to living room to dining area. A TV with cable is provided for your viewing enjoyment, and with fast WIFI you can also stream content on your laptop or other device. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, including: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, sink and the all-important coffee maker. If you love cooking your own meals while traveling, there is a grocery store that also offers pickup and delivery only 5 minutes away. More of a takeout traveler? We highly recommend the eateries along Tennyson Street in the Berkeley neighborhood. There are also some fun breweries and bars in this locale. You will probably be spending your day exploring Denver and the mountains, which is why the comfy queen bedroom is one of the best things about this place. You can look forward to restful nights and energetic mornings! The thoughtful touches extend to the bathroom with its roomy shower. We had a wonderful time staying at Zack's place. I was attending a conference at nearby Regis University, but we traveled as a family. The apartment was extremely conveniently located for the meeting, but also within easy driving distance of restaurants and attractions. The apartment does not have its own thermostat, so it was a little on the chilly side -- but there were space heaters available that we could have used to address this. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, and we were grateful for Zack's responsiveness and flexibility.
Basement bedroom and living room are both nice and dark for a good nights sleep. Great space, very clean, whole variety of coffee and creamers which was a nice touch. I’d definitely stay here again.
Super nice guest suite with a great yard for our dog! Zack was very quick to respond to any questions.

Welcome to Denver! Our home is technically located in the Regis neighborhood, but its proximity to highway access and other hip neighborhoods is really the attraction here. We are minutes from I-70 West, which takes you straight into the mountains for skiing, hiking, mountain towns and other adventures.
Just five minutes away is Berkeley and its main drag, the Tennyson Street Cultural Arts District. Tennyson is a walkable locale packed with cute shops, mouthwatering local eats, delicious brews and quirky entertainment venues.
15 minutes to the South-east you will find Downtown Denver -- Coors Field, Larimer Street, the Denver Performing Arts Center, indoor mini golf, axe throwing, breweries galore. The list goes on and on! This city has attractions to delight every type of traveler.
Southeast of Downtown is the so-called Golden Triangle, which houses the Colorado State Capitol and other attractions. The Denver Art Museum and Molly Brown house are nearby as well. Zoom out to take in City Park -- miles of walking trails, Denver Zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science -- or head South of Colfax to find Cheesman Park and the Denver Botanic Gardens on York Street. This is just a taste of what you will find in Denver!
This is also an ideal jumping-off point for exploring Golden, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, ski country, mountain towns, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and much, much more. Lower Highlands (LoHi) and Tennyson Street in Berkeley are popular with locals as well. Needless to say, Denver is a peerless destination!
We are minutes away from
Downtown Denver, the Rockies stadium, Broncos stadium, and nuggets/avalanche stadium. The property is blocks from Regis University there you’ll see the rental bikes and scooters that have become so popular in Denver. They are easy to rent and scattered liberally around town. Walkable neighborhoods include Lower Downtown (LoDo), River North (RiNo) Arts District, Lower Highlands (LoHi), and the aforementioned Tennyson St. Like most metro areas, hailing an Uber or Lyft is a snap here. If you brought a car, driveway and street parking are available at the house.
Take I-70 West to reach the Rockies, ski resorts, and historic mountain towns. I-25 South will take you to Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods, a stunning collection of sandstone formations. To see similar geological wonders closer to home, head to Red Rocks Amphitheater, an incredible and unique music venue near Morrison. We recommend catching a show if you can! It’s an unforgettable experience!
A quick reminder -- if you park on any street in Denver, keep an eye out for posted street sweeping regulations. Follow the rules to avoid getting a ticket!
