Peaceful stay, beautiful yard and deck area. Limited WiFi was difficult so to needing to work and having 2 med school students and a high schooler that needed to have access to assignments. Need to take garbage to dump which was impossible at the early hours we needed to leave and on a Sunday so we found another way to dispose of our garbage but otherwise the stay met our needs well.

There were 4 adults and two 1 year olds in our group, plenty of room inside and out. Highway was close by for easy access. Beds were comfortable and all amenities worked great except WIFI. Kitchen is updated and pleasant to cook in, could use more silverware otherwise well stocked. We used both heat and A/C and they were great. Dave has tons of DVD's if you wanted. The grass was long when we got there and not mowed the 9 days we were there so our little guys had a tough time getting around. We did enjoy the nice big deck. There is plenty of room in the driveway if your towing. We enjoyed the peacefulness and evening walks around the neighborhood. We appreciated the value for this price.

House fit the description and suited our needs for our 4-day trail riding adventure. Although the house was a little further from the trailhead than I would prefer, but it wasn't a bad ride and there is a gas station close/ on the way. Dave was responsive and took care of the couple minor things that arose. The back yard was great for mornings on the deck, evenings around the fire, and letting the kid & dog run & play. All in all, would recommend and would stay there again. Good value for the money.
