My husband was in Lucy’s place., so this is his review 😉: The place was really clean and matches to the description in the photos. Lucy was always available and helpful over the phone. You have groceries nearby to get stuff for the place, bc salt and oil were missing in the apartment to cook. It was hard to get inside bc the buttons of the inter-phone don’t work well. The shower was not working properly and with very low pressure… So a replacement would be highly recommended. Overall good stay

The studio is very spacious. The location is great if you want to walk to the University of Cyprus. Not so much if you want to see the old town of Nicosia, but it is walking distance, around 20-25 minutes. The only comment I have is that the studio is not very well equiped. There was not a coffee machine, but only instant coffee. There was not a hair drier. And finally, it would be very helpful if there was a plug adaptor in the studio so I would not have to go out looking for one the minute I got there. There is a small market store opposite the studio which is wonderful for groceries, but it did not have plug adaptors. Besides the above mentioned nuisances, the stay was great.

L'appartement est à environ 20 - 30 minutes à pied du centre ville de Nicosie ce qui est un réel avantage ; appartement très propre et moderne. Il y a un petit resto au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble, c'est le meilleur restaurant que j'ai fait depuis mon arrivée. Sinon Lucy est tout le temps disponible et très réactive. Je recommande sans hésiter.
