The location is awesome its situated at the center of marina . View from the appartment is amazing palm jumeirah and marina lake view with a big balcony HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Easy check-in although I came late host I there to welcome.

My reservation got canceled after being confirmed due to host saying previous guest got COVID and host wanted me to cancel. Eventually got my refund confirmation from Airbnb support but will take 3 weeks -_-

Fantastic value right next to Dubai Marina. Clean, spacious, and extremely walkable location to food, shops, and the beach.

I arrived at the apartment and found the kitchen and the bathroom had not been cleaned, the kitchen was indeed very filthy, but Shikkha arranged quickly to have the cleaner come back, but of course, my first day of holidays, as well as the first impression, was already ruined. Shikkha is a really nice, kind host, she went beyond her way to ensure I would have a nice stay and all my necessities were covered. Communication with her was very easy. The apartment is in a perfect location, 5 min walk to the tram that connects with the metro, 5 minutes walk to Dubai Marina, there is a 24/7 supermarket in front of the building. Plenty of restaurants around, and Barasti beach club is just another 5-minute walk. The apartment has stunning views, Dubai Marina and west of the Palm, I like the fact there is a balcony and was eating outside. The kitchen has all supplies but the only cooking pan was burned and scratched beyond normal, Shikkha brought me a new one right away. I missed a chopping board and a toaster. The living room has a huge smart Tv with Netflix, amazon prime, youtube, etc. But then you cannot seat in the couch a couple of hours to watch a movie, as the couch is overused and you can feel the metal springs underneath, after 30 min sitting on it, you have terrible back pain. The bedroom and mattress are very comfortable, plenty of space in the closet, only a piece of furniture there is rotten and filthy, that I never used and wonder why is it even there.. I have given my feedback personally to Shikkha and she seems willing to improve the apartment for future guests. Overall I had a good stay, but given the status of the kitchen and bathroom when I arrived, I would not come back here again. Notice that there are no pictures of the kitchen and bathroom.

I stayed for 11 days in Shikkhas nice apartment. The connection to the tram and close metro red line acces was great. The location is about 30min to the EXPO2020 site, 50min to DXB or 30mins to Dubai Downtown. The view of the apartment to the marina, its habour and the palm is quite nice, especially during dawn. In the kitchen are most essentials I needed to cook easy meals. The apartment was cleaned before I arrived, however the layer of render at some surfaces in the apartment were unpleasantly damaged. I was able to work in the apartment quite well, you can sit outside on the big balcony or work at the desk in the living room. There are plenty of 24/7 supermarkets and other services within a 10mins walk, which I enjoyed too. This actually is also the vibe of the neighborhood with the good public connection, sometimes it can be quite noisy. The gym in the building can be crowded, same as the lobby at the lifts. The communication with Shikkha was great. I had a flexible Check-In and Check-Out, she answered all questions and helped me well. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a stay in Dubai.
