Great place, exactly as described. Worked well as our home base for a long weekend trip for NY Mets’ spring training. Nice, safe residential neighborhood and families with kids on both sides. Extremely clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, and even stocked with smaller conveniences such as paper towels and hand soap. 4- minute drive to Publix for any grocery needs; plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

1. The place was clean. 2. The location was quiet and a reasonable drive to the things we wanted to do. 3. The TV was massive and the kitchen had ample storage space. 4. The primary bathroom was very nice and the layout of the house was great. 5. We had trouble with the digital keypad but we contacted Dumayne and he got a key to us quickly. 6. The listing mentioned that there would be hangers. We found a total of 8 hangers between the 3 bedrooms. We went to the dollar store and bought our own. 7. The closet in the primary bedroom was locked so we had to hang our clothes in one of the guest bedrooms. Nothing we couldn’t work around but it would have been very inconvenient if those other rooms had been occupied. 8. The BBQ grill was completely rusted out and not usable. 9. A coffee table and side tables in the living room would have been nice. We brought a small table in from the patio, cleaned it up, and used that as coffee table and a bar stool as a side table.

The house suited our family so welll! There is plenty of space and the house is well furnished. Thanks for a great stay!

Extremely nice place, great rate especially when sharing with others. Very clean and spacious. Nicely accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids.
