Cons: The WIFI was out half the time. The light in the first bedroom to the right did not work. The beds the the first bedroom to the left and master bedroom were very very uncomfortable (FIRM) as well as the bedding (sheets felt cheap and quilts were like paper). We were unable to find anything to clean the counters with and that was needed since we cooked while there with raw meats. The grill was dirty. The furniture felt dated and some of the chairs were even wobbly when we sat at the dinning table. When I booked the reservation I was under the impression there would be more than 2 beach chairs included in the rental. We would’ve brought our own had we known. Pros: The amenities at the facility were very nice. The appliances in the kitchen worked and were nice. The pillows were nice and comfy. The safety at the facility was great.

Throw out the sofa! The most uncomfortable, least inviting furniture piece I’ve ever had the opportunity to rent! The condo looks like it was furnished with an estate sale, and a few garage sale additions. People, this is an embarrassment to bring guests .to see the beautiful beach and then stay in a way less than charming place. Replace the sofa!!! You can’t even lay on it! The front bathroom is lacking big time. There is no lighting, no shelving in the shower. None. Soap and shampoo sit on the shower floor. Add a cabinet or shelving for more than one person to stow bathroom items. Both ceiling fans in the front rooms are buzzing so loud, you can’t even sleep with it on. The name of the place is Beach Club Resort and does not include beach towels for the guests. The welcome mat is disgusting as is the front door. After spending $2300, I have nothing but disappointment and negative impressions from my guests. Seems to me you could put some money back into your project and make some improvements. Put up to date decor on the wall, not trash from a garage sale. So disappointed!!
