If I could give this place a million stars I would ! Kat was probably the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. We came here for a bachelorette weekend and she basically helped me plan my itinerary. Her recommendations were perfect and honest, and ultimately led us to an unforgettable weekend. The pool was a huge selling point for us and it was absolutely perfect. There was even floats for us there already ! I don’t have one thing to say about this place at all. Meeting Kat was AMAZING. She kept the vibes high for the group and always made sure we were having fun. I will 100% becoming back here. This place and Kat truly exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU KAT !!!!

Kat’s house is even nicer than the pictures, which don’t do it justice! If you’re debating booking Kat’s place, do it! It’s walking distance to the beach and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. The backyard pool is so nice! The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation. We traveled w our 16 month old son and Kat even went out of her way to get us a high chair and pack and play! Kat is also so helpful w local recommendations and directions! I would definitely stay w Kat again if we came back to San Juan!

We had 14 ladies and the place was absolutely perfect! It’s much bigger than it appears in her photos. The host was excellent and helped me out with any question that I had, not having been to Puerto Rico before, which was very helpful. It was easy to get Uber’s and close enough to everything we wanted to do in San Juan. The house is in a gated community and felt safe.

so beautiful and a fun trip! the house was absolutely beautiful and better than the pictures. Kat was awesome and super helpful. definitely would visit again and stay here!

Wow! Nous avons adoré notre longue fin de semaine de filles à la maison de Kat. Charmante hôtesse, gentille et proactive. La maison est très confortable et la cour avec piscine, magnifique. Merciiiiiiiiii pour tout!
