As a person that sleeps with central air and fans, I was concerned visiting Hawaii in April/May and not being able to sleep because it was hot. There’s only one review that mentioned the temperature so I thought I’d give a more thorough expectation for it. I like to sleep around 75 degrees. At night, it was lovely. You get a nice cool from the open windows. There’s a ceiling fan over the bed and sitting area. And you’re provided with an oscillating fan and a box fan. Those really made a world of difference. We were gone most of the day, but the first we didn’t leave until 2p for an excursion and it does warm up around 10a and was hot even with the fans. Sleeping you’ll be fine though. The high was about 80/ low 70 with a lot of humidity. Otherwise, 10 minutes from the airport. Great parking. Quiet. 10-15 minute drive from Kona spots. 25 minutes from Kiholo Bay (beautiful). Kau bay is great too. Black sand and quiet. Recommend both beaches. Amazing stay.

Probably the best stay for the price I’ve experienced with Airb&b. The property is absolutely gorgeous, hosts were lovely, location is great, and place was simple but included all the essentials. Just a note, the kitchen does not include pots or pans for cooking on the outside grill… this could be a nice touch for guests in the future :) Overall, I would stay again in a heartbeat! Mahalo

Perfect place to stay in Kona. Kinda in the middle of anything you may want to explore while on the Big Island. Clean and easy to get to. Very responsive. Great price.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy bed, nice location. Laundry is nice to have. Recommended!
