Place felt like home, great views, clean home. Quiet neighborhood. We were 3 moms with our 3 daughters who got together to just hang out….Had a great time and felt comfortable and relaxed. Although we didn’t need Zhicheng’s assistance very much, when we did, he responded quickly. Thanks again.

I really loved my stay at the house. The apartment was well furnished and definitely the best to be in with a kid (super child friendly). We drove while in town so I honestly cannot say about accessibility but it was an entirely great experience.

I was very excited to come to SF and stay at this sweet B and B. Truthfully, it was a bit disappointing the fact that the stove didn’t work at all and they gave me no heads up. My trip was for a family bonding celebration where we were meant to have family dinners at the house and enjoy cooking for each other. We werent able to fully do this given the state of the kitchen and we wouldn’t have been able to book it if we had known that. It changed our plans. Lastly, when asking to check in early, they charged us $50. Considering the listing wasn’t accurate, I would have assumed they would’ve accommodated an earlier check in at the very least. Spoke to the host, and they disregarded my concerns. Disappointing, it wouldve been been great experience had the honestly, communication and effort to amend the situation was present. Beautiful home but wish the situation was handled much differently.
