Such a great place to stay with family and kids. Beautiful large home and we felt comfortable have our 3 young kids in. Lots of fun little treasures of toys for them to find and the big outdoor space was perfect for bike riding and playing. It wasn’t too far from Rotorua town and the drive around the lake was beautiful. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Rotorua.

We had three families and it was a great place to stay. Heaps of room and a big lawn for lawn games. Easy instructions and very clean and comfortable.

The house was lovely and the section was beautiful, large, and quiet. It was also really accomodating for the kids, with a trampoline, sandpit, and toys in the house and garage for them to play with. Plus a lovely selection of kids books on the bookshelf. The size and layout of the house was awesome, with plenty of parking. We also really appreciated that we could bring our two small dogs. There was a couple of small drawbacks that stopped me giving 5 stars. One of the ensuite bathrooms had a shower fixture that was quite old and basically unusable, so I ended up using the main shower. We also experienced and issue where the dishwasher and internet stopped working at different times, but those are one-off problems that couldn't really be helped. Otherwise, it was a lovely place, and the communication with the hosts was super fast and clear.
