We had an amazing time at the penthouse and would highly recommend the stay to any friends and family. The spot was comfy and in easy proximity to Denali and Talkeetna. Mark was a pleasure to chat with and the eggs and bread was such a nice gesture. The fully stocked kitchen made life convenient. I would be happy and eager to return one day! Thank you!

Everything was clean, so lovely and the kitchen was well appointed. The only problem we found were that the bed and pillows were too hard. A mattress cover would probably work out well. Both Mackenzie and the owners were super responsive to our needs. We will plan on staying there during the summer to enjoy the lake!! I must apologize for not writing a review in the book. We both came down with colds and what with packing to head out to Anchorage - I was a bit overwhelmed and just lost sight of doing this. Mackenzie, Mark & Marchell, thank you for your kindness, the fresh bread and eggs and your responsiveness to our needs! -Karen & Grady

An incredible place to stay! We saw the northern lights the first night there. The porch looking out over the lake made it the perfect place to watch the lights at night and to enjoy the view of Denali during the day. The last day there we had a moose come right to the edge of the property to make the view even more incredible. The property and house are very well kept and clean. The host is very attentive and gives great instructions. The fresh bread and eggs was a great touch! I look forward to staying here again in the future.
