We enjoyed our stay! We came here for the Annular eclipse and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Water damage – ceilings, baseboards, walls, and residue on the floor from an active leak from the ceiling. Front door doesn’t seal properly due to the water damage - One of the two space heaters provided did not work, and the vacuum and ironing board were broken. In the bedroom, the twin-size bed frame broke, and it was very apparent that the bedroom had not been cleaned well because there were water bottles under the bed from the last guests staying there. The bath towels provided were stored underneath the bathroom sink and were moldy and wet, so I had to wash the towels before I could even take a shower. There were bugs in the shower as well as cobwebs in the bathroom. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that had been sitting in there long enough to leave an odor that was very noticeable when I first arrived. The WiFi was terrible and I couldn't stay connected. There is garbage scattered everywhere outside. It was disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend staying here.

Pros: Very close to the Canyonside lodge and a ski lift. Looked like it was remodeled recently. Cons: slow internet speed mostly and no internet for few hours , but we were in the middle of a mountain, so it was acceptable for me. Also, don't expect cell phone signal, at least on Verizon, ours. Note: You will receive 2 address for this property. ### UT-153 is the correct one. The one in the check-in instructions is wrong, which is for the Canyonside lodge. Do your homework in map with Satellite view to get familiar with this location, especially when you arrive at night.

Awesome place to stay at Eagle Point Ski resort. Views and drive up are amazing!
