Great place to stay at, loved having outside talks on the porch with my buddies. Beds were comfy and there was lots of space for everyone who stayed. Lots of seasoning and other pans. They had tide pods we could use also for the dishwasher. It wasn’t as walkable but not a far drive. Overall a good place to stay for the price it was

Such a beautiful little town home. I would have like to had access to the cleaning supplies, it’s hard to stay a week and not able to mop the floors. A few other things; there were some drain issues and the cabinet to access the pots and pans wouldn’t open

From the day we arrived until the day we left which was a day early because of the following. Upon arrival I had still not received a code to get in our place until 45 min before check in which is at 4pm. I was contacted (after I called and messaged more than once) by the owner I believe with news that the indoor/outdoor patio where the laundry room is, from the day before flooding from rain. So every time we walked out there it was a wet smell and wet floor. That wasn’t so bad to deal with but then the upstairs kids room with bunk beds had no tv remote to work it. I had to call about the code then the remote. I was given a number to what they said was maintenance so I had been texting it about the problems over the stay. The internet kept lagging so when all 3 kids were home with 2 adults none of the tvs, phones, computer or ps4 would work. It started to get better after the first day but the master bedroom tv remote kept not working so we had to wiggle and take out batteries and put them back in for it to work when the internet started back working. We came on a Sat at 4:30 and then was supposed to leave on Tuesday which is a 5 hr trip for us. We ended up leaving Monday afternoon because the internet was completely out that morning and the entire time we were there. Maintenance said Spectrum was out but they did not tell me that until we were already on our way home. It was not something that was pleasant that I would want to do again. We went to the beach and had to pay for parking each time and we also went to the pool which was very nice. there is no hot tub. They were only a handful of umbrellas @ the pool so 2 of the days we brought our own and used it. I reached out to the number that was given to me by the owner which I thought was the owner of the entire time and told them that we were leaving early because there was no Internet and nothing for us to do while we were at the house. Some of the outlets wouldn’t work which I did tell the number I was given the very first day and no one fixed them. It was about 2 miles or so from the beach and we normally stay on the beach so this was definitely a lesson learned as far as having to pay for parking each hour and driving to the beach. It was a beautiful house and the pictures are correct. I am trying to get a discount or refund for the Last night that we didn’t stay because of all the trouble we had been through in such a short time. This was my first experience with evolve & our last of we do not get any compensation for our troubles.
