Overall we had a great stay at the Villa. Easy check in, the host greeted us with our keys and showed us around the house. Very clean and supplied towels for the bathrooms and pool. The space was great for 4+ guests, and the outside seating and pool area was our favourite part! Very peaceful, as well as a few great restaurants nearby. The reason we gave 4/5 stars was that the description for amenities said they would supply salt and pepper, soap, toilet paper but those weren’t supplied and it was rather bare bones. Nothing in the kitchen, no oils, salt, soap in the bathrooms or for dishes, garbage bags, only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The host was also much slower with responding after check in, we went 48 hours without a response to a message and another time we requested late check out and they just never answered. I’d still recommend staying here because overall it was worth it, especially for the price. Just make sure you bring everything you need!

We had a splendid stay at the Villa Simao in Albufeira. We stayed there in the last week in May. The villa was gorgeous, and well-furnished with everything we needed. The garden was well kept and spacious. The villa had a large private pool, a barbecue area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sun. The villa was located in a quiet and safe area, and only a 10 drive to the beach, the old town and the nightlife. There is a major shopping center 5 minute drive away, I recommend the food company in the retail park. You will need a car however as there are little or no paths in the locality and the roads are quite rough. The host was very attentive and helpful, and was very responsive when the internet went down when we arrived due to a broken cable which was fixed in a couple of days. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Albufeira.

Bonjour , Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison , très propre , tout était semblable aux photos intérieur comme extérieur , mais déception pour la piscine : le système de filtration n'était pas en route donc piscine sale ,on nous a dit que le pisciniste passait toutes les semaines mais hélas on a vu personne .
