The house is situated in Tufillo, 29 km from the Adriatic coast. The house is free on three sides and has been recently renovated. The house has a garden where the main entrance is located. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The entrance opens directly onto the living room where there is a large sofa bed. The living room is adjacent to the spacious and bright kitchen with a small balcony. On the ground floor you find the living room, on the first floor the bedrooms area.
