Our stay at the Villa was great and I would stay here again. The house has alot of open space, clean and comfortable. the kids room fits an extra inflatable bed. It also had a TV, a slide set, and other toys. The only downside to this room was that the lights could not be turned off, or we could not figure out how to. The kitchen is big with plenty of room, housing a washer and dryer. we did have to buy a coffee maker since the one at the house made about 4 cups of coffee. oven and stove work greatly. the only trouble we found was the food processor in the sink was broken so we dealt with a leak and discovered fruit flies and foul smell. We notified the host right away. Living room has a TV and activity books for kids. Master bedroom, upstairs, is also large and has a private bathroom and a TV. the house has a private exit to the beach and pool. there are floaties, beach chairs and grass area. The beach was wonderful. i fell in love with buckroe beach. great for kids.

We rented the house for a family of 11. Happy that is accommodate us all. Loved we had access to a pool. And so close to the beach, we did that everday. Only downfall we had was whomever host has clean the house before next rental doesnt do a really good job. Trash was left. They do a quick do over. And there is quite a few cosmetic damages to the place. But for what you pay for, your getting a deal to stay for location. But beware as well when you stay - you will have neighbors that dont appreciate her renting out the home. And is a HOA condo. So may run into neighbors who warn you about that. But..... we kept our distance from others. And kept it quiet. And we enjoyed our family/friend getaway!

This was our first experience using air b&b and I have to say Sydneé made it extremely easy! Her home was very well kept and had some cleaning supplies available for us to use, which we appreciated especially with the sand. She had beach toys for the kids to play with and a wagon that we used to walk along the boardwalk. She was very responsive when we had questions and understanding when there was an issue with the screen door. The location was perfect, the kids enjoyed going to the beach daily. It being a short walk through the court yard made it easy especially with 4 little ones. We were a little concerned about parking as only one of us could park in the parking lot and the rest (3 cars) had to park on the street. Not being from the area we had a few concerns but quickly realized it was nothing to worry about. We never saw anyone driving crazy and never had an issue finding a spot close to the entrance. Overall we were happy and would recommend staying with Sydneé!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Legacy Villa for the Thanksgiving Holiday & we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The home looked exactly like the pictures to the T. It was very spacious and accommodating for my entire family! The kids room was a hit! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for use! The access to the beach was great! The neighborhood was safe, peaceful and quiet! Any concerns we had were addressed instantly! Our host was accessible and available. Overall it was a great experience!
