We stayed at La's place for 4 weeks. The room was nice and clean. There was room cleaning and laundry 3 times a week which was great. We communicated with Liane through the Airbnb app and she was very responsive to all our needs. The staff was very kind and made us feel welcome. If you stay over 4 weeks then you have to pay for electricity... for us it was approx 1.5 million dong. The location was just outside district 1 and was approx 30 minutes walk to all the tourist hotspots. Great food around the area and will definitely stay again.

The host was responsive and was helpful with check in as we had a late flight. The room was tired and in need of some maintenance/care with marks on the walls, slightly damaged furniture, some light stains and dust in the corners.

La’s place was honestly one of the best priced places for the area. I was genuinely happy with the services they provided. - Neatly folded laundry service - Cleaned the room properly - Privacy upheld - plenty of parking for motorbike Had a month long stay and honestly felt safe and comfortable my whole stay which is the best thing you can ask for. Easy to book here, great peace of mind.

After 9 years of using AirBnB and always positive experiences this is the first time I have felt unsafe with another physically violent guest to which I reported I would like to move rooms but nothing was done so after reporting this to my Embassy it was recommended I leave and find new accommodation. I paid upfront for 4 weeks but left after 2 weeks and tried to resolve this amicably with the hotel but nothing was done which I find very disappointing to ignore guest safety.
