We had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is exactly as described and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The layout of rooms was perfect, everything was squeaky clean and the beds very comfortable. It’s a very quiet street which we well appreciated. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Loved our weekend at Karyna’s bungalow. Great location right in town so can easily walk to brios for dinner. Easy to drive to belleayre (the reason we were there). The place was very spacious (bedrooms bigger than expected) and clean. Lots of nice little touches to make it feel relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay for our ski weekend. Comfortable and spacious for three adults and two kids. The beds were comfy, and the loft was especially cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were clean and nicely done. We’d love to come back and enjoy the porch when it’s warmer outside. Overall, we were very happy here and would recommend!

Hosts like Karyna give me faith in Airbnb. Not only was the home beautiful, immaculate, modern, and welcoming; but Karyna herself made our stay truly memorable. Because of a loss in our family and an illness, we needed to extend our stay, for which Karyna was exceptionally understanding and accommodating. Our family is truly grateful to her for opening her home to us at a time when we needed the respite. After several less than stellar stays in Phoenicia, a stay at this home was exactly what we needed. Certainly the best option for a family stay in Phoenicia. Thank you again to Karyna for your magnanimity.

This bungalow was both adorable and immaculate! Our family of five had plenty of room to enjoy this well-appointed home. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a family meal. It was great to have the towels, linens and high-quality toiletries provided for us. The locations was perfect for our family. It was a five minute walk to Main Street and just a short drive to Woodstock Brewery and Emerson Spa. Karyna was so welcoming and very attentive. I'm looking forward to staying at this home again!
