This unique place has a style all its own. It has 1940's retro look. It is clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. It is an upstairs apt with a separate entrance though the shared laundry room. 3-bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room. We are on the Pensaukee river- just 25 mins N. of Green Bay. And 5 miles from the city of Oconto. There is a boat launch right across from our property for you to pull your boat in and bring over. Perfect for , fishermen, Packer fans, people visiting the area. This is a work in progress- We are new so please lets US know what we can do better. Also, we have 3 little doggies that bark now and then, but we try very hard to keep that from happening. And There is a train that come by maybe 3 times a day and one at night. We are very new at this.
