The cottage located on beautiful lake in quiet neighborhood, and only 15 minutes drive to Watkins Glen. Beds are very comfortable & house was cleaned. We booked this only for 1 night which we wish we can stay longer. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The house and location were beautiful! Some friends and I rented it for the night. Matthew had everything set for us when we got there. There were space heaters in all the rooms and bathroom, which made for nice sleeping but the kicthen and main living area were a little chilly. Easily solved with socks and there were some blankets that had been set out. It made for a perfect get away and some much needed r&r

House was clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinner. Loved the front room looking at the lake. Early spring visit so too cold to go in but beautiful view with wildlife. Easy entry.

Matt was a great host … place was great by the lake . Probably would have been better in summer I would imagine . I was there winter (Dec Jan) … price was a little pricey especially for winter months but Matt worked with me since it was just myself for a better rate … there was no phone reception at all so keep this in mind although he did have WiFi that didn’t help me . Overall a quality place and a great air bnb host . I will come back again if a little cheaper and if summer !

Wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place. We were very comfortable. Matthew was there for us when we needed something. So much to do in the area!
