Check-in was easy and everything was as described in the listing. Perfect place for our girls trip! Appreciated all the coffee and extras provided in the kitchen/bathrooms. No complaints about cleanliness or the beds, we had some bad weather but luckily having games provided gave us a way to pass the time. Quick 25 minute trip into Fredericksburg and a 10 minute drive to Pedernales(go of you can) was a huge selling point for me. Will definately be coming back and recommending to our friends for a place to stay in wine country. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed our time while here . Home was very clean and within walking distance to restaurants and wineries. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for that perfect getaway!

Well appointed home. Pictures represent a true picture of the house. Have experienced others that did not. Plenty of linens, clean bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels etc.. We did not need to go buy a thing and took items back that we brought on our own. Corresponded a couple of times and always a quick response from Eric and or Melissa. Only one thing I could suggest would be to have instructions to get local channels on the smart TV. We had to log into our Roku and Netflix then make sure we wiped out our information before leaving. Keep in mind some of the issue may have been operator error. Walk to several restaurants and wine tasting rooms. We did not visit the wine tasting rooms as we are more into Vineyards. Hot tub could stand to be serviced every couple of days (no chlorine upon arrival) and a hand rail on the steps in/out of the tub would be beneficial. Bottom line, we would stay here again. Very nice place and priced right!

The home was very comfortable and well stocked. The appliances were all newer and functioned as expected. The mattresses were the best, very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus and the privacy fence gave us peace of mind while our pup was outside. Eric was always responsive if we had questions or concerns.
