Villa is close to shops and restaurants although much further from the beachfront ( 30 minute walk +). We had a pleasant stay, but had stayed in other villas in Bali on the same trip and we had welcome books, mini bars / snacks etc stocked. Not a deal breaker / just a difference. Host was super responsive to questions etc. maid service is very early in the morning for a villa stay also. Most days they were there before 10 and made being in the villa difficult in the mornings - as a family groups this pushed us to go out much earlier than we would have planned. Canggu is a noisy place - and that is evident inside the villa as it is noisy until later so would possibly suit younger clients. Overall a pleasant stay. But only 4 stars as we had much better quality elsewhere.

5/5 experience aside from not refunding me a month in advance. I booked and then tried to cancel a few days later, a month out, and they refused. Bad business in my opinion. So, 4/5 stars. I was planning on giving less but the location and especially the service was really great.

Loved our stay here. The host was very accomodating and super helpful. Even greeted us on arrival and came back to help us check out. Super friendly and the place is beautiful! We will definitely be back!

We had the best time staying at Villa Diola during our 4 night stay. Our host Genter was extremely accomodating both leading up to and during the trip. Constantly wanting the best for his guests and helping arrange transport to and from the airport seamlessly. He was also very kind providing a cake for our friend celebrating their birthday during the trip, always going above and beyond! All people taking care of the villa were respectful of our privacy. The villa is positioned in a fantastic location with a mini mart, countless restaurants and bars of varying cuisines just steps away. Finn’s beach club and Atlas are only a 10 minute walk. Otherwise, using Gojek was super easy to call a cab, motorcycle or order food. All 3 rooms had king size beds making everyone feel they a master suite. They were decorated perfectly with the simplistic Bali aesthetic. Truly could not have had a better stay and will be back in the future, thank you to everyone from Villa Diola. We love you!

The villa is as beautiful as the photos and the locaton is great for exploring around canggu. The host was very friendly and was very helpful and communicated over message If we needed help with anything, we would stay again in the future.
