This home sleeps 4 comfortably with plenty of room to enjoy. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood and we walking distance to the beach. Close to St Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, Tampa, Downtown St. Pete, Airports and parks for a perfect vacation. Our house is clean and nicely decorated. ***Golf Cart Included*** This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom has the all the Beach Cottage feels that Indian Rocks Beach is known for. We have renovated the cottage and the back yard is paradise with room to enjoy the outdoor space, the pool, and hot tub. Then take on the town or beach with the golf cart that we provide.

host were great and very responsive! the place was much closer to the beach than expected and the golf cart was a huge bonus- we really didn't need to rent a car.
Wonderful hosts! Very accommodating and communication was stellar. House and amenities as described. Quiet and private retreat for our family of three. Extra towels for showering and pool as well as tv’s in each room was appreciated. Pool was peaceful and golf cart was a nice touch. Great large area by the pool to spend time hanging out. Close to restaurants, ice cream and of course the beach. We would definitely book again if travels were to take us to IRB again.
My husband and I had one of our most relaxing vacations while staying at this rental! The house provided everything we could have wanted and more! The backyard and pool was our oasis when we were not at the beach. The beach was actually closer than expected but having the golf cart to haul all of the extras provided was icing on the cake! The hosts had great communication/information via Airbnb and in the info binder at the house. Dreaming of when we can make a return trip!
We had the best time at this Airbnb! The house itself was well kept and had everything that we needed! The pool and hot tub in the backyard were perfect for relaxing! We especially liked the flexibility in the hot tub temperature as the 97 F setting was perfect for our 9 month old when the pool was a tad too cold! The golf cart is worth so much at this rental! Once we parked, we didn’t move the car the entire trip. Everything you need is within golf cart distance, and it is extremely convenient when going to and from the beach! We truly had no complaints and look forward to returning!
Barry & Alisha's air bnb was very thoughtfully thought out. They had everything we could have asked for. It was very well suited for a dog friendly stay and easy to keep clean and tidy due to their great furniture choices. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. It was a bit far back from the beach but the golf cart made it feel so close. Most of the beach access points and restaurants had golf cart parking which made it very convenient. IRB is our favorite gulf beach i would highly recommend.

You won't find bar fights here in this family friendly town. Everyone here is looking to enjoy every moment of every day.
Boarded by the intercoastal waterway on the eat and the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Indian Rocks Beach offers 3 miles of white sand beaches with 27 beach access points along Gulf Blvd.
One of the best things about staying here is the neighborhood. If you aren't familiar with Indian Rocks beach, be prepared to enjoy the ABSOLUTE COOLEST BEACH COMMUNITY in Florida. IT has a spectacular beach but the attitude and vibe are palpable. With only one large hotel, the beach has retained it's "old beach town" feel. With mostly cottages and very few multistory condos nothing about it fells like a tourist destination. Loaded with local restaurants, this is the uber cool, laid-back beach town. And what to "take it up a notch" for a night it’s a 5-minute trip to Clearwater Beach via car or take our Famous Trolley for a safe drinking night. There are plenty of places to visit, restaurants to experience and bars to enjoy for a lifetime of enjoyment. You won't want to leave and most certainly will want to come back.
We include a 6-passenger golf cart for FREE! Having a golf cart is a GAME CHANGER! It’s a wonderful for going back and forth to the beach for the below reasons:
1. There is a dedicated FREE golf cart parking at almost all of the 27 beach entrances in IRB. The parking for cars at all but on of the beach entrances in Indian Rocks Beach is for residents only. The one parking lot that is for the public is very hard to get a spot there after 10:30 or 11:00 am and you could never leave and come back in one day and get a spot. With the golf cart you can go back and forth all day long even at sunset.
2. It is awesome for loading your gear easily and hauling the family back and forth to the beach.
3. The 3rd row folds down to a cargo bed. It goes about 20 miles an hour, is street legal, and perfect for going to restaurants and bars as well.
