We had a great stay at this apartment in South Kensington. It is right in the middle of a fantastic neighborhood filled with stores and restaurants, and right next to the Underground and several museums. However, it is quiet and peaceful in the apartment. We stayed with a family of 5 (2 parents, 2 kids and one grandparent). The bedrooms were separate from each other and from the living area, so we had plenty of space and privacy. We appreciated the front desk was already staffed in case we had any questions. The apartment itself was extremely clean and up to date. We loved our stay and hope we can come back soon.

Place was ideal for a family. Location great too. Host was responsive and facilities were also great. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, friendly staff. We had a small issue with another guest persuading the reception staff to let them up to our apartment, but it was quickly resolved. To address the review about the dryer, it was not an issue for us once we figured out that you had to adjust the drying time (the default 13 minute dry cycle does not do much!). Overall, everything we were looking for in a family vacation spot.

Great location. Property just as it looks in the photos. Communication prior and during was fantastic. Highly recommend this property for a family stay in London.
