This place was perfect for my trip. Check-in was a breeze and host tanvir responded promptly with instructions. The apartment was clean,spacious and had all amenities we needed.

property is centrally located in a upscale and safe area close to Train station. Value for money. Great things about property: 1. Tanvir, Adarsh and cleaning staff are all very customer focused and always thinks how to make guests comfortable & at home. Very responsive and goes out of way to help where possible 2. Very close to grocery stores, pharmacies, clothes pressing shop, PT, and even a nice temple, auto stand, bank/atm and of course a salon 3. Tanvir is very resourceful in suggesting how to get cab, catering, filtered water and all other services folks need for such a temporary stay 4. Optimally furnished kitchen good enough for light cooking 5. Automatic washing machine and clothing line system sufficient for laundry needs of guests 6. Excellent LED lighting, fans everywhere and air conditioning in both the bed rooms, full capacity water heater in master bath and a light water heater in 2nd bath. 7. Beds, mattress and linen reminding home away home. 8. TV packages you like

Tanvir and his team were friendly and took extra care to make sure our stay was comfortable. I will be happy to choose his property if I visit Hyderabad the next time.

Host is really good and responsive. Rooms are clean . Washrooms are bit small but neat. Overall it is a good stay with homely atmosphere.
