We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's studio. It's modern and very spacious, making it a great work area if you work from home. There is a rooftop terrace with a nice city and water view. While the loft itself is a true gem, it's important to note the neighborhood. The area is vibrant and has a lot to offer, but it's worth mentioning that there is a visible homeless population. However, we never felt unsafe during our stay. Daniel was super responsive to all our questions. When a plumbing issue occurred, he resolved it within a day. Highly recommended!

O espaço corresponde as fotos, a localização é ótima, fica na estação City College do troley o que torna o deslocamento de transporte publico super simples, além de estar localizado no centro. O condominio tem academia, spa, os funcionários são muito prestativos, recomedo!

We stayed for the month of August and couldn’t have had a better experience. This apartment is a GEM! Gorgeous interior, clutch amenities like an in unit washer and dryer, and gym in building. The location is central and makes it easy to get around. Daniel was a superb host. Extremely responsive and exceeded expectations. Would love to stay again!

The building was great and the unit is high up enough that it’s quiet even though you’re downtown. Daniel was also always very responsive and super helpful. Would stay here again!
