Pros: close to stores and right across the street from Walmart & Chick Fil A Cons: - While trying to contact the owners of the house they took more than a week to give us an answer - Owners are inconsiderate and greedy - Came into a broken chair and stains on carpet - Pet hair on our bed as soon as we walk in - No trash bags and when trying to ask where to locate some, they didn’t respond (we bought our own) - TV doesn’t work, there’s no extra sheets, towels, scissors, etc. - The day before our last day, we asked if they would be able to accommodate a late check out so we would be able to sleep in. The contact number said yes, check out time is flexible. But on the day of check out, 20 minutes after check out they rushed us to leave and said “sorry I thought you meant a few minutes. We need you out of the house asap”. We rushed, cleaned, packed and showered as fast as we could but it was a horrible experience. Would not recommend at all and is not worth the cost.

Good; location was great. We were there for my son's wedding so a very busy weekend. Clean for the most part The bed; the bedding smelled horrible!! To the point that even on a busy weekend we had to go buy detergent and wash all of the bedding. I'm sure the next guests will be happy about that. Very few plates, and utensils

We sadly could not recommend this AirBnB. The carpets need steam-cleaned at best, possibly even replaced. The walls are scuffed and dirty everywhere. Even the bedding had stains. The carpets appeared vacuumed so some effort was made but baseboards and appliances were dusty, crumbs were in the drawers, and even the dish sponge had little hairs in it. It was also poorly stocked, only providing one half roll of paper towels and two trash bags total. There were zero extra linens or towels, not even a blanket for the pull-out sofa. We stayed as it would not have been worth it to go somewhere else (we traveled with another family) or to remove all of our things for it to be cleaned mid-stay. Plus, most of what needed to be cleaned could not have been done in a couple of hours. I will say, the hosts allowed us to check in 30 minutes earlier which was very helpful. We disliked the automated text to communicate option, but perhaps the "message host" option in the would be preferable.

It was clean, spacious, and convenient. Easy to reach, nice space for working. Walking distance to a Dunkin Donuts and cute restaurants.
