We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL Airbnb for 3 days and 2 nights while we visited Loreto. Even though we had to request to reserve it, I got a response almost immediately and the property manager met us there 15 minutes later! The property manager Terecita is SO sweet and helpful and made herself very available to us when we wanted to rent bikes and paddle boards and when we had an issue with the shower, which she fixed that afternoon. The guard dog Shadow is so so sweet! They rescued him from off the street and he seems very happy hanging out with guests and tenants, being fed, loved, and protected. The room itself is the entire upper floor so you get penthouse views, a large bedroom with connected bathroom & an open floorplan with living room, kitchen, dining room, & patio! The whole place is very beautifully and tastefully styled. We got to park our motorcycles in the garage which was so reassuring and helpful! All in all an incredible stay, well worth the price; we can't wait to be back!

Casa de La mar was a very nice and relaxing stay for us. We enjoyed being a couple of blocks from the beach as well as a nice short walk to the main square. The kitchen was awesome and the whole apartment was very comfortable. The pool was great too!! I had some issues with the Internet during our stay as I had to do a lot of zoom calls for work unfortunately, but Natasha and Teresita were very proactive and did their best to help, even opening up other apartments that had dedicated routers so that I could connect via Ethernet. The WiFi was mostly great although not nearly at the speeds posted on the page. You can expect more like 60 down and 10 up, with the occasional speed drop off that lasts 10 seconds or so. This is plenty for most types of work unless you are expected to have an extremely reliable connection for video streaming like me. In the end, I would probably stay here again and just warn folks my internet won’t be perfect but still solid during zoom for the week.

Wow! We had such a great stay at Casa de la Mar. From property manager Teresita's genuine care and taking care of us (arranging a taxi to return to the airport, helping us get around, making sure we felt at home – she truly went above and beyond, even helping us with a pharmacy run!) to Natasha's quick responses, even to sweet Sombra always looking for pets. We rented bikes and used the paddle boards with complete ease. It's a 2 minute walk from a swimmable beach, 15 minute walk town, and situated with everything you could want. We already can't wait to return! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Natasha's place matched our lifestyle; bikes/boards/beach/books/ and tacos. New cruiser bikes were perfect for checking out local areas, grocery runs, restaurant, and beach checks. Their paddle boards are new, light and a great way to get out there on the water (we even had whales swim near us). Enjoy morning coffee just a short walk to the beach, which felt safe walking, day or night. We enjoyed the complete kitchen for cooking breakfast, tacos and more (grocery store close by for stocking the fridge). A sweet blender frothed our fruit smoothies and afternoon ice coffees. There is a bbq area to grill and chill by the super clean pool. We liked how Casa de la Mar is close enough to walk or bike to the town center but far enough out for quiet solitude. From the balcony we could do a visual beach check for glassy boarding conditions or chat with a beverage. The other guests were respectful and friendly, and Shadow is super sweet. I'm looking forward to coming back soon!
