We're thrilled to share our amazing neighborhood with you! Mucuripe is a popular and traditional neighborhood in Fortaleza, and Iate Plaza at Beira Mar is the perfect place to be to experience all that this vibrant area has to offer.
The entire Beira Mar area around our flat underwent a complete renovation that cost the city over 50 million dollars, and the result is truly amazing. You'll find a lively atmosphere where families and friends gather to have fun, eat delicious food, jog, cycle, and shop.
Right next to our flat is the new Fish Market (Mercado do Peixe), which is a fantastic gastronomic point that's well known for fresh and affordable meals. On the other side, you'll find the traditional Iate Club, a meeting point for local wealth and boat lovers.

All of this and much more are only a few steps away from our flat. Take a cue from the locals and go for a light jog using the jog-only lane that connects Mucuripe to Praia de Iracema, and don't forget to pack your tennis shoes!
