This spot is perfect for a large group or family. Everyone having their own bedroom spaces with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms was a major bonus. The location is fantastic and the community amenities are very nice. We loved the gas grills and community pool. Overall, this was a great place and we'll be visiting again.

Nice complex very much designed for affluent families. When we were there is was VERY busy. Most pool chairs occupied and all BBQ's in use. If you need a larger (4 bedroom) place look here. Very modern and uptodate. This unit had tons of beach equipment included. Beach chairs, snorkels, fins, umbrellas, and more. Not sure if other units have the same. This complex is not on the beach and you have to drive to beaches. However, there is a SMALL shopping area with a Starbucks s short walk away. Be aware that Kauai has thousands of free range roosters that go cock a doodle do all day and all night so don't plan on a quiet morning.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This place is centrally located, close to great beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and included plenty of clean linens, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The layout is great for a group with plenty of space to spend time together along with privacy when needed. Two bedrooms have their own well-appointed bathroom and two share a third. There is also a mostly private covered porch that is a great spot for morning coffee. The community pool and hot tub are just a few steps away, and the community fitness center has everything you need to get an efficient workout before your day’s activities.

Nice location, comfortable beds! Very well stocked with anything you could need to cook at home ! A bit of a walk to get to the beach was our only complaint
