We stayed at Carmen’s home for a month and enjoyed every inch of this stunning place! The wow effect is guaranteed when you step in and see all those big windows and high ceiling. The place is much better then it looks in the listing photos. It’s designed in a modern way with some Asian fusion which can be seen in expensive art objects and wall art. The townhome is located in a gated community in Carlsbad. The guard at the gate is extremely nice and will make sure all your deliveries are brought to the doors of the house. All the community is mostly for adults, no playgrounds. The drive way to the home is beautiful with a fountain and well taken care of lawns. We had access to the community pool, which is heated and also there is a spa and a clubhouse with kitchen. My kids loved the pool! We were considerate about noise as we saw that most neighbors were people of senior age and we tried to keep our voices law at the pool area. The kitchen is a masterpiece for anyone who loves to cook! It has everything, just name something and Carmen has it there in the drawers and kitchen cabinets. I just can’t say enough of how amazing was Carmen’s house! We had towels enough for a big family, all sort of things for laundry, the most comfortable beds and brand new furniture. Everything was spotless! Carmen made sure we are comfortable and went above and beyond to have us over at her home. We had minor issues with noise as she was having solar panels installation during our stay, but even here she was respectful and she organized the whole work to be done so that it won’t disturb my baby’s nap time. I would recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again. It’s absolutely perfect for adults and families with kids who are 7 years and above. We loved the little backyard which has a barbecue. Thanks Carmen for your amazing hospitality, it was a wonderful experience!

Great nice clean house. It had all the amenities we needed for a nice stay. We especially enjoyed the nice kitchen, pool and spa. Carmen was a very good host and very responsive.
