We were absolutely delighted with the size, cleanliness and style of the resort. The reception and concierge were delightful. Expecting a small apartment in historic town and got a beautiful room with large bathroom in a well maintained historic hotel. It is in the best possible location for those spending 2/3 nights in Charleston and want to see it all. Great value for money.

We headed to Charleston for a girls trip and the Lodge Alley Inn was the perfect, central spot! The room was beautiful and clean, spacious! The inn is next to all kinds of great restaurants and sights to see if Charleston. Would stay here again! The staff was so friendly and helpful.

After staying at a few Airbnbs our expectations were not high. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for our stay at Alley Lodge. The weather was on the rainy side so we spent some time in the room which was not a hardship with the comfortable beds, sofa and two tvs, fireplace we were more than comfortable.
