Joseph was an excellent host, had helpful recommendations, and helped me get my car out of the driveway during a snowstorm. Now I want to go back and see the trail in the summer!! Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed Joseph's place. It is conveniently located in Rutland and is clean, spacious and comfortable (especially the mattresses!). Quick and easy to drive to Killington for skiing and around town to get groceries or go to restaurants. Joseph is friendly and pro-active; he greeted us in person and gave detailed explanations about the accommodations and helpful suggestions about the town. We would be happy to stay here again!

A nice spacious home with everything you could need! Big beds, nice common areas, plenty of hot water, easy parking and 30 minutes from Killington Mountain. This was a perfect spot for a weekend on the mountain! Joseph was very friendly and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay again soon.

Good place not far from mountain activities. A short drive will get you to get to the center of Rutland where you can find restaurants and bars.

Loved staying here for a weekend ski trip to Killington; 20-25 minute easy drive that you can memorize after one day! Joseph's place was super clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything one could need and even more (e.g., French press for coffee). Moreover, it's near everything you could need being less than a 5 minute drive to the heart of downtown Rutland. Joseph was very communicative, and I appreciated his flexibility as my check in time got pushed to the right considerably. Would recommend this place to anyone and looking forward to staying here again next ski season.
