Rooms are spread across three floors with common living rooms in floor 2 & 3 with sea-facing balconies. Ground Floor : Patio, Swimming Pool, 1 Bedroom+private bath Floor 1 : 2 bedrooms , 1 living room, Sea-facing balcony Floor 2 : 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, Sea-facing balcony Total of 6 beds- suitable for 12 adults. Additional guests & floor mattresses chargeable. Our villa cannot accommodate more than 24 guests. Private Kitchenette in 2nd floor for guest use. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, spoons, cups etc. Ideal for light cooking, making coffee etc. Day time Caretaker: 9 am - 7 pm Night time caretaker (on request only) 7 pm - 9 am Maid service: 10 am - 5 pm Home cooked meals can be pre-ordered - charges apply. The swimming pool is covered, and accessible 24x7. Please mention number of adults and kids in the booking request. For long term stays & partial villa stay, please specify the dates & group size. IMPORTANT: Parts of the building experienced damage due to Cyclone Michuang of Dec 2023. We do our best to not let it impact guest experience but parts of the villa under renovation- no work will be done when guests are on site. Elevator on site is currently under service and currently inaccessible. IMPORTANT: We will require ID proof of all guests prior to entering property. A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 collected for all bookings at the time of booking & refunded between 1-3 days after check out via UPI. No exceptions.
