Although mostly clean, the pool and hot tub were unavailable upon arrival and we weren’t notified. Traveling with a non skier and 2 kids, we were fully expecting such and would’ve found another place had we been told. That being said, the kids used the in room jacuzzi tub that was clearly not cleaned and had scum on the inside that I had to clean myself. The couch pull out was very uncomfortable but for kids (age 10 and 7) was fine. Due to the aquatic disappointment, they did refund us appropriately and the condo was roomy, otherwise clean and served our needs for a few days.

Great deal! The resort invited us to attend a sales pitch (was 3 hours….)which we chose to accept. Learned that I got a fantastic deal when I booked through Airbnb! 10/10 would recommend. Also great restaurants- Woodstock inn brewery and Flapjacks are my top picks from this visit. Kancamagus highway has stunning views. Recommend not doing it during a snowstorm. 🙃#almostdied #onlykindofjoking Route 93 also has great views and is less treacherous. The resort has a nice pool and hot tub! This time it was out of order on our last day but otherwise was as expected. The room is simple but comfortable. We brought blankets for the couch. Next time I’d bring pillows too. Also brought my favorite non stick pan and my Chemex set up. But they do have options for both of those items. I just like my own. Also, we liked white mountain bagel co. That’s it. Haha!
