Die lichtdurchfluteten, hellen Räume und der wunderschöne Garten sowie das ganze äusserst geschmackvolle Ambiente ermöglichen es, frei durchzuatmen und einfach wohl mit sich zu sein. Mit dem Rad kann man in wenigen Minuten direkt durch den Stadtpark zum Bahnhof Pasing radeln. Die Besitzerin Birgit ist eine sehr aufmerksame und äusserst sympathische Gastgeberin.

My daughter stayed at Birgit’s when she arrived for her study abroad semester in Munich! Here is my daughter’s review… “Birgit was an amazing host! She has a lovely house and room for rent, with beautiful lighting and own private bathroom. She made me feel so welcome my first week living in Munich, and had great suggestions. Her house is a very short 5 minute walk to the closest bus station which takes you to the Pasing station that runs to downtown Munich. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the closest park as well which is a wonderful walk. The neighborhood was peaceful. I highly recommend to stay with Birgit when visiting Munich! “ 💛Thank you - Danke!!! This beautiful room makes you feel like you are at the hotel, especially with the private bathroom. It is very comfortable and peaceful. The huge windows are overlooking the trees in the garden and the blue sky... and in extra you hear all the birds signing. It is a little oasis in a quiet area but yet very close to bus stop and train station, so town is accessible within 15 min. Groceries and all other services are also easily accessible by walk or bike. But the best of this place is the lovely Birgit, who is very friendly, and kind and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home during your stay. I would recommend to anyone travelling alone seeking for peaceful time while discovering Munich.
