After a day at the waterfront or walking the shops on Church St, you'll be able to come back to a bright and relaxed space. Enjoy cooking meals or eating take out in the fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen. You'll find everything from pots, pans, and stone flatware to cookbooks, kids plates, and organic tea and coffee (cold water from the tap is filtered). This loft didn't have a dining room so a counter height table was cleverly placed in the kitchen to act as an island or dining space. A ceramic pendant light hangs above the table suspended from a track light system. (cool huh?) Similar space hacks have been implemented in the living room to give the space an open and airy vibe. Two twin sized beds make up the foundation of the "dream sofa", along with a customized frame and many pillows. The Roku TV on the wall can be pulled out and tilted and comes with a Netflix subscription. Across the room is the record player space, which is equipped with records, pillows, blankets, and some comfy poufs. The record player doubles as a Bluetooth speaker! The bedroom is a large white cloud. It features a KING size Casper mattress and incredibly comfortable sheets and pillows. The closet in this room was gigantic so half of it was turned into a cute reading nook. The books range from poems by Gary Snyder and Nanao Sakaki to novels by Tom Robbins and Edward Abbey. Leaving the bedroom and crossing the living room you'll find the bathroom. It, like everything else, is bright and white. It has a washer and dryer, soft towels, tiled shower, new vanity, and a spacious mirror. This loft was created to be versatile. Couples on a romantic getaway or those traveling for work will love the size of this 1BR apt. Don't worry though! Parents and pet owners were considered as well. Two dog bowls and a luxurious faux leather bed are provided for your furry friends. (Please no pets on the furniture) Kids get their own set of bowls, plates, cups, utensils, and chopsticks! Also, an amazing playground can be found just across the street! A pack n' play has also been included for those with infants or very young children. (Please keep in mind, while a lot has been done to make families with children comfortable, the loft is located on the 3rd floor and the outside stairs are quite high) *Bonus* The windows in the loft are quite old and can't hold themselves up anymore. Cleverly remade antique window holders can be found hanging next to each window. If you need some fresh air, simply open the window to just above the window holder, and pivot the window holder under the open window!
