This flat is perfectly located in Alfalfa…with a great deal of room, a sweeping rooftop terrace, two other balconies and a lovely kitchen. I felt right at home immediately in Rosalia’s flat. Rosalia was wonderfully communicative and very gracious. She really went above and beyond…among other things, the refrigerator had a problem so she immediately had a NEW refrigerator brought in the day I mentioned it! I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnBs and no one has ever been that accommodating. One note—the comment from one guest in the reviews about the place being noisy outside is simply incorrect. I was there during Holy Week and I never heard anything from the street, as long as I just closed the doors to the terrace. All in all an exquisite place I would recommend to anyone!

appartement spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé. en revanche il y a une odeur de fosse septique venant des wc du bas et la literie du canapé lit est vraiment inconfortable.

This apartment is located in one of the streets of the old Sevilla where more discos and bars happen to be. Every night hundreds of young people party at the street. And you can not sleep. The neighbours have panels in their balconies that ask for their right to sleep and their right to the silence. Of course the party goes on and the young people make a lot of noise in the streets. The agency that took care of the appartment when we rented it spoilt our stay. They forced us to arrive before 22:00 under the threat that we would not get the keys if we arrive later and then they arrived at 22:30, making us wait. The last day at 11:00 the cleaning lady arrived to the appartment and during the 35 min that took us to make the baggage and leave she did not stop to ring the bell and knock very very hard in the door. A very bad experience for a nice apartment. We will not came back.

Great apartment, with a beautiful and sunny terrace. Sleep 3 well (1 double bed +1 single). The flat is spacious and has everything we needed. The service was really good: Rosalia installed WiFi to ensure we could work. We did have a big problem with the toilets smelling really bad, even after the technician came to fix them. We could smell it in the living room, too. I hope the agency takes care of it for the next travellers.

Casa que cumple las expectativas bajo el precio que se ofrece. Quizás un poco justo para cinco adultos ya que en el sofá cama no caben dos adultos. Y el problema anteriormente comentado sobre un ruido fuerte y persistente de una de las cisternas de un baño de la casa no ha mejorado. A parte de estos dos detalles, la casa esta muy bien ubicada, cerca de los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad. La terraza es muy agradable y hace que la casa gane mucho.
